亚非妇促会与中国和平发展基金会公益项目签约仪式
2022年9月1日下午，亚非妇促会会长赵美玲与中国和平发展基金会秘书长徐建国大使签署战略合作备忘录，双方设立“全球女性儿童发展公益项目”。并启动爱在马拉维——100名女高中生助学计划。
中国和平发展基金会简介
中国和平发展基金会是经民政部批准的慈善组织，业务主管单位是中共中央对外联络部，拥有联合国经社理事会特别咨商地位，于2011年1月在北京成立。办会宗旨是传播和平发展理念，开展国际公益项目和人文交流活动，支持中国民间组织开展国际交流，增进中国与世界各国人民之间的相互了解和友好合作，促进世界和平发展与共同繁荣。现任理事长是全国政协副主席、全国工商联主席高云龙。
Founded in Beijing in January 2011, China Foundation for Peace and Development (CFPD) is a charitable organization registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs of China. Under the supervision of the International Department of CPC Central Committee and enjoying the special consultative status with the UN Economic and Social Council, CFPD is aimed to disseminate the concept of peace and development, carry out international public welfare projects and people-to-people exchanges activities, as well as support Chinese social organizations to participate in international exchanges, so as to promote peaceful development and common prosperity of the world. Gao Yunlong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CFPD, is also Vice Chairman of the National Committee of CPPCC and Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce.
自成立以来，基金会重点在老挝、柬埔寨、缅甸、蒙古、菲律宾、塔吉克斯坦、巴基斯坦、尼泊尔、苏丹、赞比亚、坦桑尼亚等34个周边及“一带一路”沿线国家开展了近80个民生公益项目，累计投入超过2亿元人民币，数十万人从中直接受益。此外，还曾举办“和平发展论坛”“丝路之友对话会”等多场国际交流研讨活动，邀请多国团组来华参加社会治理、新媒体、现代农业、可持续发展等领域的研修交流活动，为促进“一带一路”沿线国家民心相通工作做出了积极贡献。
Since its founding, CFPD has carried out about 80 charitable livelihood projects in34 neighboring countries and the countries along the Belt and Road including Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Mongolia, Philippines, Tajikistan, Pakistan, Nepal, Sudan, Zambia, and Tanzania, with accumulated investments of over 200 million yuan (RMB) and hundreds of thousands people benefited. CFPD has also hosted a large number of events and activities for international exchanges, such as the “Peace and Development Forum” and “Friends of the Silk Road Dialogue”, to name some. Delegations from countries around the world have been invited to China for exchanges and discussions on various topics including social governance, new media, modern agriculture and sustainable development. Such efforts serve as a great contribution to the people-to-people connectivity of countries along the Belt and Road.
