1. Purpose

On June 21, 2023, the “Silk Road Happiness” special fund jointly initiated by the China Peace Development Foundation and the Beijing Madam Cultural Center, was officially established in Beijing. The special fund aims to build an exchange platform for people from all walks of life who are concerned about the development of public welfare. Through extensive cross-border, cross temporal, and cross cultural public welfare activities, it enhances understanding and mutual trust among people of various countries, and promotes mutually beneficial international cooperation.

2. The Use to Special Funds

1. Carry out international livelihood public welfare projects in countries along the “the Belt and Road”.

2. Support cultural and people-to-people exchanges where regions related to the Belt and Road.
