Introduction of the Women Empowerment and Development Society in Asia-Africa
The Women Empowerment and Development Society in Asia-Africa (WEDS.AA) was registered in March 2020 with the approval of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. It is a social welfare organization initiated by Chinese civil association and former political leaders of many countries, devoting to promote the growth, development and rights protection of Chinese and foreign women. It was officially registered in Malawi in April 2022 and officially registered at the Beijing Representative Office on November 6, 2024.
The WEDS.AA actively advocates that women should actively participate in various social activities and dedicate to solve social problems and build a community with a shared future for mankind.
