The second phase of the “Love in Malawi” education program is progressing smoothly

Malawi, as one of the least developed countries declared by the United Nations, has a weak educational foundation. Since 2022, Woman Empowerment & Development Society in Asia-Africa and China Foundation for Peace and Development have collaborated to launch the “Love in Malawi” education program.It is used to help 100 female high school students who dropped out of school, effectively protect their educational rights and help them improve their future competitiveness.

Recently, the Joyce Banda Foundation sent a progress report on the second phase of the “Love in Malawi” aid project.According to the report, by the end of May 2024, the number of students benefiting from the project within the three administrative regions has increased from 105 to 219.
